About Company
Karlovarské minerální vody, a.s. is the largest producer of mineral and spring water in the Czech Republic. It was founded in 1873 by Mr. Heinrich Mattoni, a Karlovy Vary native, and got its present look in the 1990’s thanks to huge investments from the new owners (see “Company History“ for details).
At present, the company bottles mineral and spring water of the brands Mattoni, Magnesia and Aquila, and exports them to 20 countries all over the world. The company also significantly contributes to cultural, sporting and social life in the Czech Republic and supports projects connected with the conservation of nature and environmental issues (see “Company Profile“ for details).
Karlovarské minerální vody puts the greatest efforts into the building of world-famous brands with considerable image, which will contribute to an increase in quality and culture of drinking, not only in the Czech Republic. The company and its employees’ professional approach to the issue of product quality has been acknowledged many times with various certificates (see “Certificates” for details)
